Although this intro class is offered at a free or discounted rate, we will need your credit or debit card for the reservation. Note: if you cancel less than 8 hours in advance to the class start time or leave with a loaned heart rate monitor, you will be charged for the class at the drop-in rate for this studio and/or the full retail price for the heart rate monitor.

*The “Free Class” offer is open only to first-time visitors and local residents aged 18 years and older; however, minors aged 14 and above may participate if special conditions are met.
