Términos de Promoción.

  • DriTri is held during the month of September 2025. Participating studios may choose to hold DriTri between September 5 - 7, 2025, September 12 - 14, 2025, September 19 - 21, 2025 and/or September 26 - 28, 2025, with most participating studios holding their DriTri between September 19 - 21, 2025. Participating studios will determine and communicate which day(s) during the month they will hold DriTri. Participating studios are only required to hold DriTri on one (1) day during the month.
  • Participants in the DriTri Full, Sprint, Strength, or Outdoor must pay a $25 registration fee for each DriTri they will participate in. The registration fee is $20 per person for individuals participating in DriTri Team. All participants must agree to and sign the Participant Release and Waiver Form before participating in the DriTri.
  • Registration is open from September 1, 2025, through September 19, 2025. However, if a participating studio is holding DriTri prior to September 19, 2025, participant registration must be complete before participating in DriTri.
  • Registration and participation in DriTri is open to all members who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Members are required to pay the registration fee before each DriTri they will participate in and must agree to and sign the Participant Release and Waiver Form for each studio at which they participate in the DriTri.
  • All DriTri participants will receive one (1) of each of the following: medal, sticker, and shaker bottle.
  • Event subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.
  • Orangetheory Fitness reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel this event and these Terms and Conditions, at any time, in its sole discretion with or without notice.

  • Valid from 12:00am ET June 1, 2025 – 11:59pm ET July 31, 2025.
  • Offer limited to Basic Members, Elite Members, and Class Package Holders who upgrade to an Elite or Premier Membership.
  • If a Basic or Elite Member or Class Package Holder upgrades to a Premier Membership, the Member/Class Package Holder will receive founding rates for the remainder of their Premier membership starting on their next autopay date.
  • If a Basic Member or Class Package Holder upgrades to an Elite Membership, the Member/Class Package Holder will receive founding rates for the remainder of their Elite membership starting on their next autopay date.
  • Family add-on memberships, corporate memberships and 6 month commitment memberships are excluded from this promotion.
  • Member must sign the new applicable Membership Agreement.

  • If a current Premier or Elite Member refers a guest (a “Referred Guest”) to join at the Premier or Elite Membership levels, the current referring Premier or Elite Member will receive a discount on their membership.
  • A Referred Guest is someone who does not have an Orangetheory membership or a former member that has not had an active Orangetheory membership within the last sixty (60) days.
  • If the current referring member is a Premier Member, they will receive a founding rate for the remainder of their Premier membership starting on the next autopay date.
  • If the current referring member is an Elite Member, they will receive a founding rate for the remainder of their Elite membership starting on the next autopay date.
  • Referred Guest must sign up for an Orangetheory Premier Membership or an Orangetheory Elite Membership.
  • Family add-on memberships, corporate memberships and 6 month commitment memberships are excluded from this promotion.
  • The Referred Guest must join at the same studio as the current referring member.
  • Referred Guest must keep their membership active for a minimum of thirty (30) days and must not redeem the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for the active referring member to receive their membership discount.
  • Referred Guest must sign the applicable Membership Agreement.

Participation Eligibility & Requirements

  • Marathon Month (also referred to herein as the “Challenge”) is a globally coordinated event executed at the local studio level.
  • The Challenge lasts from August 1 – August 31, 2025.
  • Registration through the OTF mobile app or through MBO is required. Registration is open from July 15 – August 15, 2025.
  • Participants must pay a $15 registration fee.
  • Registration is open to all members (recurring members + pack-holders + partner members).
  • The following class types count will count toward Marathon Month distance: Orange 60, Orange 90, and Tread 50.
  • The registration fee includes retail incentives for each participant. All participants will receive one (1) of each of the following at the studio where registration occurs: medal, pair of OTF x Strideline Socks, and sticker.
  • Participants may take the approved class types at any location.
  • This is an in-studio event only.
  • Distance must be tracked in-studio on the Challenge Tracker.
  • Participants must commit to one (1) of the challenges prior to starting: Half Marathon, Full Marathon, or Ultramarathon.
  • No more than one (1) class per day will count towards the participant’s Marathon Month distance. Participants cannot double up on the tread (or bike/strider) portion in a single class.
  • Any distance completed during the warm-up on the tread (or bike/strider) will not count toward the participant's total Marathon Month distance.
  • Challenge subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.

Studio Criteria & Eligibility

  • Studios open at least sixty (60) days are required to participate and will be included in all auto-shipments of merchandise.
