- Offer valid from June 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026, for one time use only.
- Offer valid for non-members only. For this promotion, non-members are individuals who do not have an active recurring membership. Former members must not have had an active recurring membership for sixty (60) days prior to rejoin date.
- Offer requires purchase of a Premier Membership and purchase of one (1) qualifying performance monitor. Qualifying performance monitor includes OTconnect BeatTM or OTbeat Burn®. Performance monitor payment plans are acceptable where offered by the applicable studio.
- Performance monitor must be redeemed at the same studio location in which membership was purchased at.
- Eligible Premier Membership types include Standard Month-to-Month, Family Add-On, and Corporate Rates.
- Membership Agreement Addendum must be signed by new member in addition to applicable Premier Membership Agreement.

Marathon Month
- Marathon Month (also referred to herein as the “Challenge”) is a globally coordinated event executed at the local studio level.
- The Challenge is held from August 1 – August 31, 2026.
- Registration through the OTF mobile app or through MBO is required. Registration is open from July 15 – August 1, 2026.
- Participants must pay a $15 registration fee.
- Registration is open to all members (recurring members + pack-holders + partner members).
- All class types will count toward Marathon Month distance EXCEPT: Strength 50, Orange Hybrid 2X Strength, and Open Studio.
- The registration fee includes a retail incentive item for each participant. All participants will receive one (1) pair of the following at the studio where registration occurs: OTF Performance Socks.
- Participants may take the approved class types at any location.
- This is an in-studio event only.
- Distance must be tracked in-studio on the Challenge Tracker.
- Participants must commit to one (1) of the challenges prior to starting: Half Marathon, Full Marathon, or Ultramarathon.
- No more than one (1) class per day will count towards the participant’s Marathon Month distance. Participants cannot double up on the tread (or bike/strider) portion in a single class.
- Any distance completed on the tread (or bike/strider) during the warm-up portion of the class will not count toward the participant's total Marathon Month distance.
- Challenge subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.

Season of Strength Promotions
SEASON OF STRENGTH MEMBERSHIP
- Offer valid from May 1, 2026 – May 31, 2026, for one time purchase per person.
- Offer available to non-members only. For this offer, “non-member” is an individual who does not have an active membership or package. Former members must not have had an active membership or package for sixty (60) days prior to re-enrollment during the offer period listed above.
- Offer requires purchase of a monthly Premier Membership. Offer not valid for any other membership type.
- Qualifying non-members who purchase a monthly Premier Membership during the offer period above and satisfy all other offer terms, will be eligible to receive a $20 discount on their monthly Premier Membership fees. Qualifying non-member satisfying offer terms will also be eligible to receive the following: one (1) Season of Strength registration fee, 25% off performance monitor discount, and one (1) coach consultation. All offer components must be redeemed within the first two months of membership at the same studio location where membership was purchased.
- Season of Strength Challenge registration must be redeemed at the studio of membership purchase by June 14, 2026, after which date it will be forfeited.
- Performance monitor purchase is optional. However, to receive the 25% discount, the performance monitor must be purchased within the first two (2) months of membership.
- To receive the discounted membership, the member must maintain an active monthly Premier Membership for a minimum of two consecutive months. Cancelling during the first or second month voids this offer and will result in a retroactive charge for the month(s) at the standard Premier Membership rate.

- Offer available to non-members only. For this offer, “non-member” is an individual who does not have an active membership or package. Former members must not have had an active membership or package for sixty (60) days prior to re-enrollment during the offer period listed above.
- Qualifying non-members who purchase the Season of Strength Pass during the offer period above and satisfy all offer terms will be eligible to receive the following: one (1) entry fee into Season of Strength Challenge, one (1) exclusive Season of Strength retail product at the conclusion of the challenge, and unlimited classes for use during the Season of Strength Challenge from June 1, 2026 – July 26, 2026.
- Season of Strength Challenge registration must be redeemed at the studio where the pass was purchased by June 14, 2026, after which date it will be forfeited.
- The Season of Strength Pass activates on June 1, 2026, and expires on July 27, 2026.

Season of Strength
- The Season of Strength Challenge is an eight (8)-week challenge that runs from June 1, 2026 – July 26, 2026.
- The Season of Strength Challenge is open to all members (recurring members, pack-holders, and Healthcare Advantage members).
- Participants must register via the OTF mobile app or in studio, sign InBody Consent form, and pay a $35 registration fee (normal class fees still apply). Registration is open from May 1, 2026 – June 14, 2026.
- Participants must complete their two (2) InBody scans at the same studio they’ve registered with (i.e., participants cannot register and complete InBody scans at different studios). However, registered participants can take classes at any studio.
- Participants under the age of 18 are required to obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian as detailed in the InBody Consent form to complete the InBody scans.
- Registered participants must complete the initial InBody scan before taking their first class for the challenge and must complete the final InBody scan between July 19 – July 26, 2026.
- Eligible class types include Orange 60, Orange 90, Strength 50, and Tread 50. HYROX affiliated studios may also include Orange HYROX 60 and/or Orange HYROX 90. Only one (1) class per day counts toward the challenge total.
- While all eligible class types contribute to the overall class count, strength tracking is only available in Orange 60, weekend Orange 90, and Strength 50 classes.
- By registering for the Season of Strength Challenge, participants consent to receiving weekly email communications about the challenge for the duration of the entire challenge. Participants understand and acknowledge that they may opt-out/unsubscribe from receiving email communications related to the Challenge by sending an email to legal@purposebrands.com (please allow 7-10 days to process such requests). - The challenge is subject to applicable laws and is void where prohibited.

5 Days for $5
- Offer valid for non-members only. For this offer only, a non-member is limited to first-time guests, missed guests and former active members.
- All Orangetheory Fitness classes taken during the Five Day Paid Trial period may only be taken at the studio location where the Five Day Paid Trial was purchased.
- Once a Five Day Paid Trial is purchased, the five-day timeframe is initiated.
- Five Day Paid Trial will expire upon the sixth day after the purchase date regardless of whether the non-member takes any classes during the Five Day Paid Trial period.
