Términos de Promoción.

  • Offer valid from February 23 - March 3, 2026 for one time use only.
  • Offer available to non-members only, whose former gym memberships are terminable at will. Non-members are individuals who do not have an active recurring membership. Former members must not have had an active membership for sixty (60) days prior to re-enrollment during the offer period listed above.
  • Offer requires purchase of a Premier Membership or an Elite Membership.   
  • Qualifying non-members who join during the offer period above and satisfy all other offer terms, will receive either $100 off for the first month of their Premier Membership or $50 off for the first month of their Elite Membership.
  • Discounted pricing applies to first month of membership only. After the first month of membership, monthly billing will automatically convert to standard Premier or Elite Membership pricing as listed in the applicable Membership Agreement. All other provisions of the Membership Agreement will remain unchanged.
  • Membership begins on date of purchase and memberships cannot be post-dated.
  • All other terms and provisions of the applicable membership agreement will remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

Spring Dri Tri 2026

  • DriTri is held during the month of April 2026. Participating studios may choose to hold DriTri between April 3-5, 2026, April 10-12, 2026, April 17-19, 2026, and/or April 24-26, 2026, with most participating studios holding their DriTri between April 24-26, 2026. Participating studios will determine and communicate which day(s) during the month they will hold DriTri. Participating studios are only required to hold DriTri on one (1) day during the month.  
  • Participants in the DriTri Full, Sprint, Strength, or Outdoor must pay a $25 registration fee for each DriTri they will participate in. The registration fee is $20 per person for individuals participating in DriTri Team. 
  • Registration is open from April 1-24, 2026. However, all participants must complete their registration prior to participation in DriTri regardless of the date held (i.e., if a studio is holding DriTri prior to April 24, 2026, participant registration must be complete before participating in DriTri).  
  • Registration and participation in DriTri is open to all members. Members are required to pay the registration fee before each DriTri they will participate in. DriTri participants under the age of 18 are required to comply with all studio rules and policies related to minors.  
  • All DriTri participants will receive one (1) of the following: Recovery Ball Set. 
  • Event subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law. 
  • Orangetheory Fitness reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel this event and these Terms and Conditions, at any time, in its sole discretion with or without notice.

Transformation Challenge

  • The Transformation Challenge is an eight (8)-week event that runs from January 26, 2026 – March 22, 2026.
  • Participants must register via the OTF mobile app or in studio, sign InBody Consent form, and pay a $35 registration fee (normal class fees still apply). Registration is open from December 15, 2025 – February 8, 2026.
  • Participants must complete their two (2) InBody scans at the same studio they’ve registered (i.e., participants cannot register and complete InBody scans at more than one studio). However, registered participants can take classes at any studio.
  • Participants under the age of 18 are required to obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian as detailed in the InBody Consent form to complete the InBody scans.
  • Registered participants must complete the initial InBody scan before taking their first class for the challenge and the final InBody scan between March 19 – 22, 2026.
  • The Transformation Challenge is open to all members (recurring members, pack-holders, and Healthcare Advantage members).
  • Eligible class types include Orange 60, Orange 90, Strength 50, and Tread 50. HYROX affiliated studios may also include Orange HYROX 60 and/or Orange HYROX 90. Only one (1) class per day counts toward the weekly total.
  • By registering for the Transformation Challenge, participants consent to receiving weekly email communications about the challenge for the duration of the entire challenge. Participants understand and acknowledge that they may opt-out/unsubscribe from receiving email communications related to the Transformation Challenge by sending an email to legal@purposebrands.com (please allow 7-10 days to process such requests).   • The challenge is subject to applicable laws and is void where prohibited.

Existe un mayor riesgo de lesión si se realizan ejercicios de forma incorrecta, especialmente en caso de condiciones médicas previas.

Si eliges participar, lo haces bajo tu propia responsabilidad y aceptas estos riesgos voluntariamente.

Según el nivel de intensidad, los participantes pueden quemar entre un 15 % y un 20 % más calorías sobre su tasa metabólica basal (quema de calorías en reposo).
