Promotion Terms

  • Participation open to all Orangetheory Fitness members and package holders. The cost to participate is a $25 registration fee, plus applicable class participation fees (membership or prepaid package sessions). Registration is required.

     

    Participants must commit to one of the five challenges prior to starting the challenge - Half, Full, Ultra, Bike or Strider. All mile distance must be accumulated at the studio where the participant registers. Warm up distance does not count. All mileage must be exact, cannot be rounded up or down.

     

    Participants will receive a special edition an OTF T-shirt upon the end of the challenge.

Member must notify his or her home studio within a month of membership start date in order to receive refund of first month’s membership dues.

    Participants will receive a special edition OTF DriTri Tumbler and a competitor medal upon completion.

     

    Cost to participate is $25, class will not be deducted from membership.

     

    If a member wants to participate in more than one DriTri event at the same studio, they will only be charged $15 to register for the second event and will not receive an additional set of the items listed above.

     

    Only runners are eligible for the fastest overall finish times.

     

    Winners should be determined based on the overall, cumulative results.

     

    Must be at least 18 years old at the time of DriTri to participate and be eligible for prizes. Ages 14-17 are able to participate with a parent/guardian but are not eligible for prizes.

  • The 2020 Orangetheory® Fitness Transformation Challenge (“Challenge”) begins on Monday, January 20, 2020 and ends on Sunday, March 15, 2020. The cost to participate is a $25 registration fee ($35 in studios offering body scanning services), plus applicable class participation fees (membership or prepaid package sessions).

     

    Each Orangetheory® Fitness member participating in the Challenge will be required to sign the PARTICIPANT RELEASE AND USE WAIVER - 2020 TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE provided by the Studio at which participant registers for the Challenge (“Registration Studio”).

     

    Each Orangetheory® Fitness Studio (each a “Studio”) may offer a 2020 Transformation Challenge Contest (each a “Contest”). Each Contest is a separate promotion and is offered solely by the operator of the applicable Studio and at the discretion of the operator of that Studio. Please see the Studio for official Contest rules.

    To participate in the Challenge (and to be eligible to win in any Contest offered by a Studio operator), each participant must the following Challenge rules:

     

    1. Previous Weight Loss or Transformation Challenge Winners may participate but are not eligible to win the Challenge or any prizes.
    2. The Challenge is comprised of eight weeks, measured Monday through Sunday. Participant must attend a minimum of three classes in the Registration Studio during six of the Challenge weeks. Participants are only permitted to attend one class per day. Only workouts at the Registration Studio will count towards completion of the Challenge.
    3. Weigh-ins and photos: Participant must participate in initial, mid-point and final weigh-ins and have photos taken at each weigh-in at the Registration Studio. Please contact Registration Studio to schedule the initial, mid-point and final weigh-ins. For each weigh-in (and corresponding photos), participant must wear tight-fitting athletic clothes consisting of a t-shirt and shorts or pants, and must remove shoes, hats, and any additional articles of clothing from the body (although participant must put back on any necessary articles of clothing for purposes of completing the work-out). Participant’s weight will be taken on a digital scale, witnessed by two (2) Studio staff members and recorded in writing in the Studio’s records.

     

    The winners of each Studio’s Challenge will be the participants with the highest percentage of weight loss from the initial weigh-in to the final weigh-in. There will be one male winner and one female winner at each Studio. Any participant that does not comply with the above rules will not be eligible to win the Challenge.

     

    Each Studio’s regular 8-hour class cancellation and late cancel policies apply to sessions scheduled during the Challenge.

     

    Factors such as diet and genetic makeup, overall health, or physiological differences may influence weight loss. Individual weight loss results may vary and participation in the Challenge does not guarantee weight loss.

     

    Challenge is offered at participating studios only. Class registration is subject to availability.

     

    Ultimate Fitness Group, LLC reserves the right to limit, modify or terminate this Challenge or the terms and rules hereof at any time.
